Powerful runner with the burst to hit the occasional homerun.
Runs hard and is always leaning forward.  Good at driving legs upon contact.  Good vision – sees cutback lanes.  Weaves through traffic.  Has a second gear and can pull away from the pack.  Soft hands.  Played in spread offense at Illinois which likely exaggerated his production.  Not very elusive and won’t make defenders miss in space.  Runs a bit upright. Powerfully built. Generates lots of yards after initial contact. Good initial quickness and outstanding burst when bouncing runs outside. Can get open underneath. Can pluck the ball on the run and is dangerous in the open field.  Good in pass protection. Does not have a lot of wear on his tires and his best football should be ahead of him.

Very strong lower body.  Is deceptively quick and avoids direct contact.  Runs with great balance and body lean.  Good anticipation and knows where tacklers are coming from.  Has shown the speed to pull away from the pack.  Strong competitor.  Good in the red zone.  Very durable and can play through pain.  Catches the ball well.  Willing blocker.  Not very sudden and will not make a lot of guys miss on his own.  Played in a spread offense in college that featured wide running lanes. 

WR, Texas
6-4, 212, 4.45-40

Good athlete.  Excellent size-speed ratio.  Strong hands.  Makes big plays.  Excellent leaping ability.  Superior body control – makes the acrobatic catch.  Strong enough to beat press coverage.  Tracks the deep ball well over his shoulder.  Long strider.  Clutch performer.  Humble and hard working.  Tough – tried to battle through wrist injury during senior year.  Does not play with a lot of suddenness and will not make many miss in the open field.

CB, Tennessee St.
6-2, 183, 4.29-40

Great athlete with superior leaping ability.  Excellent in man coverage.  Smooth back pedal.  Excellent ball skills – plays the ball like a receiver.  Long arms with a wide wingspan.  Competitive.  Had an excellent showing at the Sr. Bowl – showed he belonged among top-notch competition.  Made plays all over the field.  Needs to get stronger. Toughness in run support has been questioned.

OLB, USC

6-2, 236, 4.65-40

Sculpted athlete. Has long arms. Sufficient speed to reach the perimeter. Very instinctive – reads screens and draws easily. Devastating tackler – runs through ball carriers. Plays downhill and attacks the line of scrimmage. Very good in coverage. Versatile – has played all LB positions. Good blitzer. Hard worker. Smart. Very experienced and consistent. Solid character. Has a real passion for the game. Not great at changing direction. Can play a little recklessly.
